The fields, in the order buyers ask about them

FieldWhat it tells you
CompositionFibre mix by weight, e.g. 98% cotton 2% elastane. Drives care, hand and price.
ConstructionWeave or knit structure — poplin, twill, oxford, ripstop. Predicts drape and use.
Yarn count & densityFinesseness of yarn and threads per unit — the “thread count” of a cloth.
Weight (GSM)See the weight guide.
WidthUsable width excluding selvedge — sets how many panels you cut per metre.
Colour fastnessGraded with the test method named, e.g. ISO 105-C06. Method matters as much as the grade.
ShrinkageDimensional change after a stated wash, with the method.
MOQ & lead timePer colour and per construction; see published terms.

Three rules of thumb

Every fabric we list has a downloadable CSV / JSON with these fields filled from the same source as the website — no retyping, no drift.

Common questions

What if a field is blank on a spec?

A blank means we have not confirmed it for that article, not that it is zero. Ask and we will fill it from the test or mark it as not claimed.

Why do you name the test method next to every number?

Because the same grade under two methods is not the same promise. Naming the method lets you compare us against another mill honestly.
