A Bangladesh garment factory and a European brand are buying different things from the same cloth. One page cannot serve both honestly.
Lead time certainty and L/C handling decide the order. Local woven self-sufficiency is far below knitted, which is where we concentrate our capacity.
Compliance is the entry ticket; development speed is what keeps the account. Documentation is issued as standard, not on request.
Vertical integration is not a selling point in itself. It only determines which variables we can hold and which we cannot. Both lists are below.
Grey construction, yarn lot, dye recipe, finishing parameters and inspection standard. Deviations are corrected during production rather than after.
Bulk is dyed in a single lot against the approved lab dip. Shade continuity between sample and bulk is a process control, not a promise.
Grey fabric does not leave the mill to be dyed, so a proto sample does not wait in a supplier queue.

These are referred to partner mills rather than taken on and under-delivered. We would rather hand you a name than a delay.
