This is the traditional route and still the bulk of what we do. You give us a specification — composition, weight, width, colour standard, performance requirement — and we build to it, in our own dyehouse and finishing line, under one roof.

What we build

Piece dyeing

Lab dips in 7-10 days, matched to Pantone TCX or your physical swatch. Dye formula archived so a repeat order repeats.

Printing

Rotary and digital. Strike-off before bulk. Registration and colour yield checked against the approved sample.

Functional finishing

Water repellent, flame retardant, UPF, antibacterial, moisture management — finished to a stated standard, with wash durability declared.
